− The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom. There was a burnt out light bulb in the ceiling. There was a sandy feeling in the bed sheets

− Lack of staff available at night. We got locked out of our room - key wouldn’t work at 11pm. Couldn’t find staff to help for 15 minutes . Our kids had to sit outside. Also the fog rooms were very stale.
A must stay on Cape Cod

Private Beach! Lots to do!
10.0My family would definitely stay here again. It was excellent, with room for a few minor improvements. The excellent points: Private beach just outside your door! Clean well kept sandy beach, lined with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Towels available with guest passes. Delicious drinks available at the nearby snack stand. Plenty of seating up on the patio or pool areas. 4x the pool options! If it is raining or you don’t want to swim in the ocean there are multiple indoor and outdoor pool options to choose from. The room was well designed and could fit a lot of people into a smaller sq footage. (We stayed in the 1 King + Double Bunks Oceanview Room) Room for improvement: Need more towel hooks and a shelf above toilet to set clothes. Dining options. The dining is only open till 8, and there aren’t many options open beyond that nearby. Our family did quite a lot of sightseeing so we were needing late dinners and that didn’t go well for us. The one evening we did make it to Jonah’s before it closed the staff seemed very overwhelmed by the crowd. They were friendly, but understaffed and our pizza wasn’t great. Perhaps consider extending hours or having a chilled to-go option with salads, sandwiches etc… Parking was always full, perhaps valle option to overflow lot could be added for busy weekends. Despite these suggestions, we would definitely stay here again, and loved our time there!
