Large hotel that’s lots its charm
6.0The location is good. Neil maintenance man the friendliest staff member there. Complimentary snacks a nice touch.
− Absolute lack of service - you just walk past the staff without a hello - had to drag suitcases upstairs to my tiny room - totally over priced for London. I visit 5/6 a year and much better out there. Had stayed previously here and it’s not as friendly as it was 3 years ago.
