10.0The building was clean and the staff were so nice!
− The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I know everyone has their own preference so I wouldn’t say the beds were horrible but they weren’t my cup of tea.
Harbor view nice, room UNDERWHELMING - average accommodations, no bathtub was a disappointment.
7.0− The Valet parking was a disaster. I was treated very poorly upon arrival as a guest. I was yelled at by a Valet service person. I had to speak to the manager. It was entirely inappropriate and not the way I expect to be treated by a staff member of a hotel charging $800/night. Fortunately, the manager offered free valet parking to make up for my experience. However, after retrieving my car from teh Valet the next morning, upon exiting the hotel, I had a low tire pressure warning, and later found a nail had been inserted into my tire.

− My room had been paid for in advance. And I was charged again when we checked in. Not knowing at the time. When I checked my account later that evening I was charged an extra $ $700.00-$800.00 For my hotel stay that was paid in advance. I took 7 days to receive my refund which caused me financial concerns.
