Old but good value
4.0Nice and quiet on the river (expensive rooms only). Fresh and modern lounge and restaurant.
− Super old building. I got sent to two rooms down the end of the hall. First one was the wrong key, second one someone was already in there. They upgraded us to a riverfront room, and it smelled like cigarettes. All of this just a product of confusion, but it’s a drag after a long day. The restaurant was dramatically understaffed, but they mitigate by offering free meals and they even brought out cake to apologize.
