− The hallway are extremely hot, the tv/ internet was horrible and barely stayed connected making watching TV nearly impossible. The bathroom was extremely tight and small. The night table lamp kept flickering.

4.0The coffee was good
− I was over charged. Told I couldn’t have a copy of my receipt so I had to take a picture. Got locked INSIDE my room, my sister had to pull the door open from the outside to get me out. Was told there were no maintenance people on for the weekend. Staff at front desk were not very nice. One staffer told another that I had checked out on my first night and I didn’t. So my room was locked.
Our night was miserable until we were put in a room with working air conditioning.
1.0The entire reason for my booking was to let my 9 year old daughter have a swim / sleepover with a couple of her friends. The pool was clean, so was the rest of the facility.
− Upon arrival to our room it was 85 degrees Fahrenheit so we turned on the air and changed and took them down to swim. After several hours with no improvement, several calls down to the desk, and several troubleshooting tips on the air conditioner they finally moved us to a room with a working air conditioner. And of course they did not have another suite available to move us into so the girls were upset because they had already planned out the sleeping arrangements ect… It just sucks that the girls had to be miserable the first several hours of our stay. After we were put in a room with a working air conditioner everything went well.
