− Ouvíamos facilmente as pessoas do quarto ao lado, um dos dias a pessoa da limpeza chegou no final da tarde, quando já havíamos voltado do passeio, dizendo que não deu tempo da pessoa da limpeza da manhã ter limpado. Um hotel grande, Deveria ter mais pessoas, tanto na limpeza como no atendimento do restaurante. Num dos dias resolvemos jantar no hotel: além de ter uma única pessoa pra atender as mesas, e olha que não estava cheio, atender telefone, ficar no caixa, o pedido na cozinha não saia certo. Sentimos o mesmo no café da manhã. Um hotel grande desse, nos dias de hoje que uma boa parte da população tem intolerância a lactose e/ou glúten, não disponibiliza alternativa no café da manhã. Eu ficava dependente do ovo que só havia um senhor fazendo ovos e tapioca no horário que havia muitos pedidos. Sobre as instalações, a luz do corredor do quarto, 801, não estava acendendo, uma pessoa do hotel viu e falou que iria pedir pra manutenção consertar, mas até quando saímos não tinham arrumado. O critico: a porta corta-fogo, que deve ficar fechada exatamente pra conter o fogo, estava SEMPRE aberta. Isso porque o elevador de serviço fica do outro lado. É so colocar um fechador automático.

8.0O quarto e a localização são excelentes! O pôr do sol mais bonito da cidade, sem sombra de dúvidas. Todavia o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar, quando comparado a outras unidades da rede Blue Tree.
− Os funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos de uma maneira geral. O café da manhã achei bem fraco, dado o valor da hospedagem no hotel.

8.0LIMPEZA, localização
− Os funcionários meio confusos com algumas informações, querendo cobrar itens que não foram consumidos no quarto, e se recusaram a ir conferir conosco me fazendo assinar um termo de que eu não consumi nada. Foi muito desagradável, quando se conferisse nada disso seria necessário. Sai do Hotel com uma péssima impressão. Parece que eu estava furtando um pacote de castanhas. Era somente ir ao quarto e ver que estava lá, mas os funcionários se recusaram, quando ao meu ver é parte do seu trabalho.
