− My first room was not secure. The window lock was not operational. Eventually, I was moved to a new room.

2.0It was in a beautiful area.
− It was unbelievably dirty. The floor turned my socks black, the shower was grimy, there was poop on the bed comforter, and all services did not appear to be wiped down.
