8.0We really enjoyed the location, resort and staff here. The beach was beautiful, with great views and delicious food. The resort and local shops don’t like to offer change for bills you get from the ATM, so plan ahead and get smaller bills before going to Mexico if you can, otherwise you’re basically spending $25 minimum every time you pay cash. You can pay card for things but it vibes with a percentage markup.

8.0Love the traditional feel of this resort. The small relaxing pools give you secluded lagoon feel. Everyone was so amazing & helpful, EXCEPT Armando. He was our pavilion concierge. He wouldnt work with us at all. Put every dinner reservation @ 8 or 8:30. Didn't even book dinner for our last night. When they changed consierges on our ladt day, our new concierge was fabulous! She called up & got us a last minute reservation for 6pm. Prearranged our breakfast to arrive at a specific time before our departure.

8.0I really like the experience, everything at the hotel was excellent. I just have one issue. My grandma lost the her gold necklace and we weren't able to find.
