10.0Very impressed with the hotel. Felt safe and everyone was friendly/helpful and the rooms were clean. Would love to stay here again for another trip back to Cleveland.

10.0It has the very best location in Downtown Cleveland, with valet service, so you can walk to E. 4th St. and the Rock Hall of Fame without issue. The cityview room has giant, bright windows, was very clean, and the super-high ceiling makes the space feel huge - unlike most hotel rooms that can feel like a cave. The staff was welcoming, kind and knowledgable. But most of all, walking into this property is like stepping back in time. The Victorian-era architecture is lavishly opulent and you can spend hours admiring this majestic arcade and its many deliberate design details. Highly recommend this property.
Enjoyed the experience, but unfortunate amenities
8.0The amenities of the room were not as expected. The mini fridge did not get cold enough for other drink storage or food. There was no microwave available in the room which was unfortunate. There was not breakfast available with the hotel which was unfortunate. The room service was great. The bathroom was cleaned daily and new wash cloths were provided. I had left over feminine products on my bed and they were not there when I came back. I enjoyed the environment and the bed was comfortable, but the amenities could've been better.
I would do it all over again
10.0We didn't get breakfast at the Hyatt during our stay. We came for my birthday and a boat ride in Cleveland and the staff made sure we had a great room with a view
