Having a bad experience while staying in this unit. The curtain dont block out the sunlight at all.
1.0No meal is provided. Have bath tub in the bathroom.
− I have spoken to the operator and marketing department (Jason) about the the dirtiness of the house (dusty sofa, dirty curtains, dirty cushion, broken chair， broken door, no water filter in the kitchen because it is essential for every family , clock on the wall is not running) Sad to say, he not allow me to change to another unit as all units are fully booked. He asked me to cancel and get full refund. My god! Why asking me to search for a new unit? this is not my problem. He is so unprofessional. The switch of the water heater is not functioning well. Really upset. Many photos were attached. Will never stay in this property again and will not contact iHousing again. Initially i wish to get some rest in this unit , but it turns out opposite, making me feel anxious. So I request for a refund of 60% from iHousing as this company did not check the unit before passing the key to me (guest). Thank you.
