Because of room temp issue (no AC), it was very uncomfortable stay, would not stay again

− HVAC was not working properly temperature in the room 78-80 degrees, difficult to sleep with temp and humidity so high, thermostat did not work. When I told the staff the next day when leaving they said they will let maintenance staff know but offered no financial concession or other remedy. Because of the high temp in the room it was a very uncomfortable stay
