− The elevator goes up to 4th floor. If you are in the upper floor you need to walk and there are a lot of stairs to get your room. It was ok for me, but not ok for my 78 y.o mom. Even though the hotel offers a ride to the upper floor, there are still lots of stairs. I would say this hotel is great for romantic get away, but not for families
