− La sporcizia esagerata nella moquette la polvere nei mobili.la colazione non mi è piaciuta,poco assortimento ad un prezzo eccessivo e macchina caffè pessima.l ascensore non funzionante e noi eravamo al 7 piano ma non mi lamento può capitare.Mi lamento invece del fatto che vista la situazione vi era un ragazzo a disposizione dei clienti per portar su i bagagli e quindi dispiace dirlo ma l odore d'ascella era davvero imponente e ha invaso tutta la struttura non si respirava.l'igiene è fondamentale

− We had two rooms. One room the shower did not drain, housekeeping turned the room but did not address the shower. Nothing was done when we raised the issue to the desk staff. The other room did not have electricity on one half. The receptionist came and looked at it and said he would have to call someone. The issue was not addressed before we checked out.

8.0Location is very good, close to RER B and metro 4&6 The breakfast was good and fresh, and the breakfast room was always clean
− The elevator was out of service for most of my stay but the staff helped me with my luggage.
