− This hotel was so loud. I don’t think there is any insulation in this hotel at all. The room beside us watching tv at 5 am? We heard every word. Someone walking down the hallway in the middle of the night? Heard their whole conversation. There were also dogs barking all night long.

Very good hotel in the heart of downtown
9.0This is my maybe 7th stay here. My favourite hotel in Lethbridge. Smack dab in the middle of downtown - close to everything. Rooms are spacious and clean. Many have a small kitchen sink in the entre/kitchen area, which is great - I don't have to fill the coffee maker in the washroom. Make sure you get a room away from the kitchen and dining room area (noise starts before 5 am). They are genuinely dog friendly - they walk the talk. I like their breakfast - several protein, fruit and carbs options. They now finally have garbage separation to: organics, recyclables and waste, which is great! I LOVE their gym - they have a genuine squat rack and a rowing machine!. I the pool has a slide.
− If I were to nit pick, they can decrease use of one time use plastic during breakfast. Also, not the hotel's fault, but guests need to be continuously educated about garbage separation - e.g. I saw a lot of plastified paper plates in the organics bin. Option for organics garbage should be provided in rooms too. The pool is not really a swimming size, it 's more of a splash pool.
