Could've been great, but I'll settle for OK
7.0The room was clean & comfy. The breakfast was acceptable & as expected. The facility overall was clean. Parking was free & felt safe due to the location. Site was close to Metra train station which we used to go downtown. Staff was helpful & kind, though I felt like another person on staff would have helped.
− Pool was out of service & no notice or discount. Coffee machines in lobby were perpetually having an issue. (Just... have brew coffee, maybe? Ugh.) Trash in front of building was overflowing. Just needed another staffer, it felt like. The desk clerk did his best, but there is a lot to do to keep a hotel clean & operating.
