5.0They had rooms available... That is it.
− The housekeepers tapped very lightly on your door before immediately opening your door to enter your room. This occurred several times through the day. This should NOT have happened. They did NOT have wash cloths. They said it was due to a broken washing machine, but they never brought any. Each time we asked for them, we had to wait. It was 98 degrees, and the ice machines were out of order. The refrigerators did not keep items cold. There was hair in our shower.

3.0− Room wasn't cleaned good. Dirty wet towel inside shower, dirty towel on rack, trash on floor. Went to another room, there was trash on floor, plastic bag under end table, also water rings and stains on furniture that hadn't been wiped off

Some place to close your eyes for the night, sure! Do not expect anything else!
4.0Locality to other businesses was favorable. Parking lot had plenty of lighting. Hot water was very nice!
− Moldings in the bathroom didn't fit properly and some missing. Room smelled "old." Breakfast was subpar, my kids didn't even eat it
