10.0− Asked for rooms to be together. The original rooms we got were on different floors. But the agent at the check in desk changed the rooms to be on the same floor but they were not close to each other.
Would deserve a better management
6.0As PLATINIUM BONVOY member you expect to be recognized and treated correctly for your fidelity . Last evening was a nightmare : Excecutive’s lounge was opened from 5pm but nothing happened and I had to complaint to the lobby for finally have it opened from 5.30 but with nothing ready . Look at the pictures of the hors d’oeuvre that was available at 6 where it is supposed to last until 7pm Plus in the room and I had to change it as the shower was only burning hot water I was not able to watch internet TV as the video was only loading permanently no way to watch something
