6.0Clean room. Nice breakfast. Only four mini pillows on a king-sized bed. Only one pouch of regular coffee. Through our first Expedia review we were told we would be taken care of. We weren’t.

2.0Supposed to be a fun celebratory alumni weekend, that turned into a disaster. Never had to be relocated into another room in my life due to poor cleanliness of the room, as well as, broken pieces of dresser, the mildewy and moldy smell, along with second room smelling like cat pee. Found bug on bathroom floor in second room unsure if it was just a beetle or cockroach but this trip, needless to say, was very unsettling, uncomfortable, and the worst stay i've ever had. 100% do not recommend as there is some big adjustmants that the company needs to do for upgrades, staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Thankfully the one staff member had came up and taken pictures. However still highly do not recommend!

2.0There were bed bugs. No other room available. Had to find an available hotel at 130am. The hotel was easy to work with and a full refund was issued immediately.
