4.0The hotel was excellent with friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. My disappointment is with the addition of the $150 incidental fee. This was not out front and noticeable when I reserved the room, and wasn’t expected. I had not too long ago reserved a room in Williamsburg, VA with no mention of this type of fee. This locks up my available cash because of the actions of others.
