7.0Location, swimming pool location, being able to borrow accessories for the beach was great.
− Rooms were tired and could do with freshing up. We had a cockroach come into our room under the door.
It’s kind of a cool hotel, however, too expensive for the condition of the room.
7.0I liked its location away from the crowded beach area. I liked the breakfast.
− No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. The room we stayed in has a bathroom door with water damage that needs repair. For the price the room should be pristine! I couldn’t check out because no one was in the office and it was locked at 6:45 am. I left the keys in the room and called several times during the day to let them know but no one answered and I couldn’t leave a voice message.

− Facility needs a lot of maintenance. Floors dirty, air conditioner needs cleaning, lighting needed over sink, trash in walkways needed picked up, parking extremely tight, room service only done when asked.

8.0I stay at this hotel every year for my annual trip to the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach. Great location, on site parking, beach is just steps away and short walk or trolley ride to downtown Laguna Beach.
