He carefully confirmed important details and helped me resolve an issue involving my pool pass and a guest, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. What impressed me most was that Denzel genuinely cared about ensuring I had a positive experience. Employees like him are rare, and they are a tremendous asset to your organization. 10.0I was invited by a friend to the pool area and had a great experience. Milena and Philip were super nice and welcoming. They were easy to talk to and made me and my friend feel comfortable. Really enjoyed my time there.
