7.0La chambre, la déco de l’hôtel
− Gros manque de communication par rapport aux services non disponibles le 13 Juillet, pour un prix équivalent à un autre jour qui comprend ces services (restauration, bar), personnel qui se « dispute » devant les clients pour savoir qui doit livrer le room service ou non et plus tard quand on commande nous même, 2h30 d’attente pour du champagne chaud sans bulles.
