− Personnel pas sympathique sauf Sarah qui a fait le check out, supplément pour les petits déjeuners qui n’ont pas été réservés pour 4 adultes, nettoyage de la chambre n’a pas été fait, prix trop élevés (28 dollars pour 1 verre de vin, 1 seule boisson comprise dans le pdj soit café ou jus sinon supplément), piscine petite pour la taille de l’hôtel

− Specifically the front disk team they r very unprofessional as well spend almost one hour just to settle down the rate. The room very noisy beside the shelter no chance with front disk to change. The worst experience upon check out spent around one & half hour just to close my bill till this moment I did not get back the difference in settlement. Horrible front desk team
William is the best!
10.0Coming back to stay at The Westin was an easy decision to make. William who runs the front desk at The Club is such a professional. He makes everyone feel welcomed and remembers names and small details. Every morning I look forward to his warm welcome and his smile.
