7.0Reasonable breakfast choices for the price, plus daily papers (much appreciated). Great views from all rooms. Complementary wine tasting from invited companies each night. Food quality was good.
− Beds - too soft. Desk lamp didn't work - not did its in-built USB charge points which were the only ones in the room. Pool was not heated although staff claimed it was. No useful make-up mirror (mirror over sink looks fashionable but is too far away to use). Noted several outside lights had failed. Some pot-holes starting to appear in the car park, plus a deeper one very obvious at the property entrance. Dinner menu overpriced.

− The attached Endota Spa is pretty much useless to guests as it booked out weeks in advance.. which was a bit disappointing

8.0The room is clean and the view is beautiful
− Check in time is 2pm onwards , we arrived at 3:30pm, we had four rooms but only three rooms could check in, the last one wasn’t ready until we got the key at 4:30pm. Quite disappointed!
