1.0− We made a reservation and paid over a month in advance and received a call as we were getting to the hotel at 6pm the day of of our reservation that they oversold and that they did not have a room for us. The front desk did nothing to assist with finding another place to stay or offer up any assistance or help in anyway.
Overall was ok, just the desk staff was not professional.
7.0Pretty nice hotel, nice room and TV with various viewing options.
− Staff - had to knock on managers door to get service while checking in. Once she did come out she was not friendly. Also, no one at check-in desk while leaving, so just left my key on the desk.
Disappointing

− Stephanie checked us in and had a very monotone voice. Not rude, not friendly, no smile. The room had a “radiator” which was rusty and corrosive at the bottom (we traveled with our 2 y/o granddaughter, not safe) the shower door was not in the track properly and had mold. I wish I would have taken pictures.
