Not a relaxing experience for our one night stay
5.0The clean entry way and the water and coffee that were provided in the lobby.
− Requested a room on the 3rd floor was given a room right next to the lobby and the breakfast area. Our shower handle came off-( was broken and appeared that it was not dealt with), so we had great difficulty with turning the water off and taking a shower. Told the front desk clerk in the morning and her response was just that she was sorry and she would tell maintenance. The black out curtain had many stains (looked like blood) and the carpet was very old, dirty and worn out. The floor behind the carpet had bumps and lumps and we tripped on it coming into the room. The air conditioning and fan in the bathroom were very loud. Soundproofing was not very good as we could hear everything in the hallway, and above us. The door to the room seemed to not fit the door space, so large cracks and light came through into the room.
Excellent stay and the name resonates their service with the property.
