The spacious lobby provides a comfortable and welcoming first impression. Effective soundproofing delivers good noise isolation, contributing to a peaceful stay. Additionally, the property maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout.
− While the hotel has several strengths, there are a few areas that fall short of expectations. The staff’s attitude, though not unfriendly, does not fully reflect the standards typically associated with a five-star property. Additionally, the hotel does not operate its own parking facilities; guests must arrange parking at a nearby location and go through a somewhat complicated process of obtaining a discount voucher from the hotel, which can feel inconvenient.
