The Assistant Manager that was working the front desk was amazing. She offered to cancel our reservation due to the issu
8.0The hotel resides at the perfect location for Lawrence. Down town with easy access to right on the river with trees and wildlife all around.
− They were dealing with a leaking roof which led to garbage cans everywhere collecting water. The AC was out in the lobby and the hallways making it about 100 degrees when you walk it. It also made it difficult for the room AC to get the temp down at all. The first night was super hot and unbearable but the second night was ok due to the lower temps and rainstorm.

− I didn’t think our stay was worth the price. The bed was uncomfortable and the room seemed to be a little out dated
