Didn’t even stay due to pool not working and it was not communicated prior to me booking
1.0Booked the room to stay with grandkids and use the pool. Booked on line and it said the pool was open/ had a pool. Got there and called prior to walking in to see if we could use the pool prior to checking in and the lady answering said no the pool is closed. I ask why it wasn’t on the web site or booking site and she was rude. I ask for a refund so we could take the kids to somewhere that had a pool working!!!! She told me to contact booking !!!! Did that and booking.com said they would have to authorize the refund and it was denied and we never even stayed at the proprietor no pool that was not communicated anywhere.
