I want my money back - it never happened to me in booking and I am using it a lot under different companies
1.0I booked the room that is here in the picture and we got an apartment which was not what we saw in the pictures, it was bad cold not in 4 stars value and I would like to get my money back.
− No electrical outlet to charge, not heating, toilet is old not even shampoo…., bad and old and not maintained. Everything is leaking, really bad bad bad

5.0Café da manhã bom, mas os pães estavam sempre duros e a reposição de itens quentes demorou sempre a ser realizada durante os dias da estada.
− Da politica do hotel em cobrar R$ 13,00 por uma colher a ser emprestada. Achei uma absurdo e me neguei a pagar por isso e assim fiquei sem a colher mesmo. Nunca presenciei uma situação constrangedora como essa em hotel algum do Brasil !!!

10.0Fui a São Paulo a trabalho. A Acomodação fica no lugar mais charmoso da cidade. A hospedagem foi nota 10. Cama excelente, minha esposa fez eu tirar uma foto da marca do colchão pra gente comprar um igual. Ducha, localização. Tudo excelente. Obrigado a proprietária do espaço por ter nos dado esta experiência.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
The seasonal pool will be open from November to December.
