2.0The clean room
− No light in bathroom and front desk said No one was available to repair it. He offered to move me to another room but I was too tired to do so. I had to leave the door open to have enough light to shower. When I tried to shower the hot water would not get hot after 15 minutes of running it. I called the desk and they said it would take at least 20 minutes to get hot but it was more like 30. The desk clerk stated they have problems with it getting up to the third floor. If they know it's not working right why don't they fix it? When I checked out the morning clerk had a bad attitude & no manager was available according to her so I could discuss the issues. I will not return there nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Don't waste your money. Keep driving!
