2.0I was coming from out of town. My brother went to the hotel and paid for my 8 days before I arrived. He was told I just needed state issued id to check in. On arrival I showed my state id, birth certificate, and credit card. The desk clerk refused to allow me to check in, claiming she had the right to refuse to allow me to check in. I went across the street and booked the Hampton Inn for the 8 nights. No problem. The next day my brother went to cancel the reservation at Quality and they insisted on keeping one night even though they were the ones that refused to allow check in. When he told the desk clerk he would never stay at Quality Inn in the future, her response was that was fine with her, she didn’t care. She needs to lose her job.
Comfortable sleep, clean room, great price!
10.0Bed was great, pool was warm. . Overall very nice and comfortable hotel. Will be my go to for local overnight stays from now on.
− Breakfast was not great. Eggs and sausage were 🤢🤮. Had other stuff like cereal, fruit cups, OJ, and yogurt tho so not a complete bust. Coffee was good and they had lemonade toast and muffins but I didn't have any of that.
Convenient area right off of I-95. Breakfast included.
