2.0Location was fine.
− Pictures advertised make it look newer than it was. First room we were put in had a closet door handle missing (holes in the door) and the shower curtain was missing. The solution was move rooms. Next room had an odor. We went out to dinner and returned and keys didn’t work. No idea why but I had to have the keys reprogrammed. Then later we discovered that the shower drain was clogged. Middle of the night someone smashed a glass against our door and had an argument in the hallway. Called the front desk about it and subsequently heard banging and vacuum noises for a while after that. Oddly enough, the people in the morning at the front desk had no idea what happened. This place was not worth the money paid. We left there as quick as we could in the morning.
First stay was good and I ended up booking 2 more nights from great customer service......

5.0The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast—the food was hot, fresh, and a great way to start each day.
− Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but I wanted to share a few maintenance concerns that impacted our comfort. We stayed on the first floor, and while the air conditioner kept the room at a comfortable temperature, it did not seem to remove the humidity. As a result, the room felt very damp throughout our stay, and our clothes and bed linens never seemed to fully dry. Additionally, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, which was inconvenient and may need attention. Addressing these issues would make the guest experience even better.

A damage deposit of USD 25 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to a property inspection.
