9.0The location was convenient to the subway and eateries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC was efficient and quiet. Breakfast was good. Parking is tight but doable.

10.0Great location. All shifts of front desk were friendly and informative. Proximity to shuttle, bus and metro. Good breakfast. Great cleaning staff.
− It could use new mattresses. Pillows and bedding were fine. Showerhead in handicapped bathroom was too high to reach. Also it could use a flat shower, not a tub shower. That wasn’t really a handicapped room.

9.0Location is very central and close to public transport. Many restaurants on iconic Kings street. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding Staff and Convenient Location
10.0The staff went out of their way to help. We were there with a large group for several days and they were eager to meet any needs that came up. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Near many restaurants, historical sites, and shopping. It is a quick walk to the Metro for access to DC. The hotel was clean, though it is an older property.
