Stayed here for two nights for a great Brit Floyd concert. This hotel sits near a river, great view. Or another view will be overlooking Milwaukee skyline. The rooms have kitchenettes with all that you may need. Comfy beds, we enjoy these rooms-very clean. Under ground parking, thirty dollars per night. You may enter and exit with no additional charges. A hop skip & jump to Riverside theater & a little shopping . TJ Max is across the street and bars to grab a bite. Great breakfast included with your stay.

Hotel is in the middle of downtown with underground parking. Room totally acceptable, no noise

− Breakfast serice would improve if the toaters actually worked and a waffle maker was introduced as those provided premade were over sweetened.

Briana was an absolute sweetheart. She made our first trip to Milwaukee a fantastic experience. Her warm smile, friendly nature, and great customer service to those she assisted, was top notch. The hotel (especially the lobby) was absolutely beautiful. Josh was also a delight, warm and welcoming. Overall, the staff was great, but I wanted to especially give a shoutout to Briana and Josh.

Overall, we would stay at this hotel again if we wanted lodging close to one of the downtown venues.

The facility was in a great location for the concert we attended at the Riverside Theater. It was barely a 2 minute walk, which is one of the main reasons we chose this location. The bed in our room was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! The breakfast offerings were much more varied than a typical included breakfast.

− The cleanliness of the room could have been better in some spots. We had a gorgeous view of the river and the downtown area, but when we opened the sheer curtains, there were dead bugs and other unrecognizable "schmuck" on the windowsills. It appeared there was dried toothpaste on the front of the bathroom vanity, which was in pretty poor shape. Additionally, the duvet on the bed was pretty dirty, which we discovered only after we slept in it for the night. Had we seen that, we would have asked housekeeping to replace that cover. The curtains in the bedroom didn't close all the way, which was frustrating, because our room faced to the east and the early morning sun hit us right in our faces much too early in the morning! Beware that you do have to pay $30 per vehicle (plus tax) to park in the underground parking garage. Since we met at the hotel for the concert, it added an additional $60+ dollars onto our lodging costs.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß kann man vieles erreichen.

− Kühlschrank hatte leichte, Schimmel Flecken, Fußboden klebte. Staub in vielen Ecken, Gardine hing unten in Fetzen an der kompletten Front. Nachts wurden wir geweckt wegen neuer Handtücher, dann Kamm nach Mitternacht der Anruf, Handtücher werden wieder abgeholt, falsches Zimmer. Es kam nach Anfrage nur ein sorry. Wir wurden verwechselt. Frühstück nicht besser als in jedem anderen Motel. Hatten davor 3 andere stops, Zimmer halber Preis, Frühstück war gleich.
