10.0The hotel staff is amazing. The location is quite central and very close to a lot of nice little restaurants. The rooms were very airy and the beds were incredible. It was one of my most comfortable stays. Bathrooms are of decent size and have all the amenities including Ferragamo Shampoo, Soaps and body lotions. Rooms have espresso machines fridges with complementary water and sparkling water. Value is excellent, and the staff is incredible, a gem of a place.
It was fine until the staff decided to be rude.
1.0The location and the cleanliness was nice
− The staff was extremely rude. On a vacation it’s fairly common for people to not be able to stick to the 11am check out. My husband and I were barely 45 mins late and the receptionist decided to show up outside the door and she started saying things like, “it’s not polite” and I kept apologising since my husband had fallen sick and he was taking a little while in the washroom. We traveled for over a month in Europe but never once we encountered this problem, it almost seemed racist. They also chose not to clean our room the day prior.
