5.0The location, it is close to major attractions in Rome. They are within walking distance. The public area in the hotel looks decent with proper upkeeps.
− The in-room facilities are dated and showing their age. As shown in the photos, the ventilation grille is in poor condition, and the shower base is cracked. The air conditioning was inadequate, leaving the room feeling stuffy and humid. The shower water was cold most of the time. I reported these issues to the front desk, but there was no proper follow-up and no improvement during the remainder of my stay.
