− Bottom part of Bathroom door didn't clear the floor of the bathroom apparently not totally on its henges. Room smelled a little moldy.

Needs to complete construction before renting rooms on the floors.
4.0The staff was very helpful and friendly.
− There was, so much construction on the floor, plastic everywhere, the curtains were dry rotted and torn. And the room had an old mildew smell.

− The lack of communication with the 3rd party, I cancelled a stay for certain nights and rebooked; the hotel never got the cancellation or the rebooked for the new dates
