Comfort Inn vs.Hotels.com
2.0Desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation even after we showed her our receipt. It took well over an hour to finally get a room. She argued over the phone with Hotels.com about the room rate stating it was wrong and should be Xxx.xx. We were like that’s between Comfort Inn and Hotels.com,don’t drag us into it, just provide a room for us as we just drove 10 hours. Terrible experience.

2.0Overall a comfortable stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint I have was the size of the bathroom. Absolutely no counter space. This made it challenging to do hair and makeup with no place to put things.
