Wonderful stay my babies and mother loved the heated pool and the water temperature in the shower
9.0The receptionist was amazing at check in and so helpful.
− While we were down for breakfast, one of my children had to use the restroom and we were told we had to have our key to access the restroom. I had to go back to the front desk to get a key just so my 9yr old could access the restroom. This piece of information needs to be told to us at check in. This was very inconvenient and the kitchen staff was not very helpful in explaining this situation.
