Super cool western feel. I wish all the rides were still going. We were there for the mint 400 but I would take the family back if it was all running at full capacity.

Old fashioned casino that has character. It's a shame it scores so low, we liked it in here and felt very welcomed by staff. We called by to see the Bonnie and Clyde death car only to find it has been moved again.

I see why it’s closed!

I had no idea the hotel had been closed and only opens for special events but you can certainly tell. Not a single restaurant or shop is open in the entire hotel, so there is no food for guests and the hotel is just blacked out other than slots. You have to leave the hotel and go across the street to the Primm Casino, and the best option there was the roach coach food parked out front. Ceiling in our room was very stained. Out of the 28 nozzles on our shower head, only 2 were squiring a stream of water. Hotel and room was hot. There was a gross hair and lint ball in the toilet. And there was one cocktail server on the floor of the casino which was the only way to get a drink. Couldn’t find her for over an hour.

Booking number: 73025935978862 The resort was fine and clean but I never ever received the deposit. I've stayed at the resort from the 11 Febraury until the 12th February 2025. I've booked via Hotels.com and I paid at the reception the resort fee 32.63 dollars for the casino even if I didn't gamble and also they never ever gave me back my 50 Usd for the deposit. I contacted multiple times the Casino by calling internationally and the booking.com customer service but they never helped me to retrieve my 50 dollar deposit.

Never stay in this "hotel".

We left a hotel 2 hours after check in as soon as I found several cockroaches in the room. If you enjoy cockroaches in your room, you are welcome to this "hotel". I asked for the fool refund. The men at the registration promised to give me full refund. They still charged my credit card with full amount. I did call to the hotel for the refund. The lady told me by phone that someone will call me, and I am still waiting. Terrible place to be. Terrible service.

I’m going to start this review by highlighting we never booked this resort. We booked Primm Valley Resort and Casino who knowingly sold us a room they didn’t have and shipped us off here instead. We intentionally didn’t book this hotel because of reviews. There was no one around to check us in, my husband went to look and couldn’t find any staff whatsoever. Eventually a woman dragged herself out and asked “where is everybody” No idea we were hoping you could tell us. No apologies, when we asked what was going on she explained they were in the process of closing the resort down and were running on a skeleton staff. She also acknowledged they often get fed the overflow from the other resort intentionally over selling. Lobby was dirty, no staff to be seen, all shops and restaurants closed. The room was dirty particularly the bathroom that was smeared with a previous guests makeup. Upon check out the following morning I took the key back to the desk the woman held out her hand and said “key” and turned away from me and went back to what she was doing. The customer service was HORRIBLE!
