− The staff could be friendlier more customer service oriented..... That said I owe the woman working the late night desk apology...ok.... I reacted in a way I don't like to react when she didn't wake me up at 4:00 for my flight and almost missed it..... They can tighten up but I want to apologize for my reaction.... The World shouldn't be able to get to me like that 💥❤️

− The stained curtains, big roaches, bedding had previous cigarette burns, bed was hard and old, all pillows were sooo flat, What pillow.. they do not accept cash app or chime at the window.

− Curtains had holes. Many rooms needed major renovations.
They made overbook. I went there but there were no rooms available. Terrible service communication.
