− El baño no estaba del todo limpio y nos ubicaron en una planta donde había un grupo grande de niños refugiados que usaron los pasillos de la planta como si un patio de colegio fuese. No tengo nada en contra,de hecho me alegro de este acto solidario pero el hotel no estaba lleno, necesitábamos descansar y no pudimos hacerlo. Tuve que salir más de tres veces para solicitar silencio ante los gritos y risas en el pasillo.podían haber tenido en cuenta esto para ubicar a los clientes. Me queje en recepción y dijeron que si seguían así les llamarían para que no hiciesen ruido. Entiendo que tenían que habernos cambiado de habitación y aunque lo sugerí no nos ofrecieron la opción. No es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel y siempre he salido muy contenta, pero está vez me ha decepcionado bastante
