8.0Disappointed I was charged an additional $75 for 90 minute early check-in. Bed was not comfortable at all. Room, linens, and towels were clean. Happy with room conditions. Whirlpool tub in suite was nice. Personnel could be friendlier. Got yelled at the day prior to check-in when I called to see if early check-in was available. Was told $50 for early check-in. Was charged $75 the day of. No wifi password was given. No explanation of breakfast hours or pool hours was offered. Had a wedding to attend so wasn’t in the room much. Location was convenient. Ice machine was broken, however ice was offered at the front desk. Overall, the hotel was nice, but staff could be nicer. TL;DR - I’d stay again if ever returning to the area.
