− Nothing I had an exceptional time
It was good for a short stay
6.0It was nice breakfast room was nice bed was comfy wasn’t loud in the hotel it’s right beside a bunch of food spots and stores!
− The only issues we had was the tv remote did not work right we struggled to change channels and watch tv. The shower did not get hot for an hour and even then it still wasn’t very hot

4.0− the ceiling (first floor) of my room leaked into the so called jazuzzi tub, which is a jetted bath tub set in the living area of the room. Entire room was damp
For the cost of the room it was not worth it this year .Last year was better on everything
4.0The location of the hotel is great
− The breakfast was awful! The gravy was cold , the biscuits wasn't cooked all the way through , The muffins taste terrible , The orange juice tasted like it had been made with a little bit of a going bad orange taste. The breakfast was like this for both mornings . The 1st full day at the hotel there was no ice I was told the machine was broke , the chair in the room was very uncomfortable the seat was broken and wore out , ( not the desk chair but the main chair ) this morning there was no hot or even warm water t er to take a shower before I had to get on the road I kept checking the water for 2 hours ,

Overall a very pleasant stay, great location, clean, free breakfast, friendly staff.
8.0It was very clean, quiet, good water pressure shower. Nice jacuzzi in the room. Staff was friendly and efficient and when we requested extra towels and pillows they brought them very quickly.
− The phone in our room didn't work so we had to go to front desk to request extra towels but was no big deal. The room was supposed to be non smoking but someone had obviously been smoking in there because we could smell the stale smoke smell. Wish bed lil softer.
