10.0Everything was great, Carolina is super friendly and helpful, we only stayed the night but she’s amazing at customer service. Love the free parking, free breakfast! And location very safe and quiet.

2.0Room was spacious, but needs some updates
− Staff Attitudes, no communication, called hours before arriving to verify pool and hot tub. After checking in, changing, went to enjoy and all amenities were closed for the past two days and until further notice. For the price paid to stay a week and to have old, outdated rooms, bad attitudes, and broken pool. Not worth it.
Clean, comfortable, quiet.
9.0The room was quiet, the bed comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel has everything needed by a traveler. I also liked that the soap provided for washing hands had a mild scent rather than a really strong perfume. And the sheets had no fragrance.
− The hot water at breakfast tastes like stale coffee. It ruins the taste of tea. Most hotels are like this these days. They put the hot water in a decanter that previously held coffee. Even with the ones that buy those expensive dispensers with coffee and hot water selections, the hot water tastes like coffee because it comes through the same spout as the coffee. It would be great if they had a dedicated hot water dispenser.
