7.0The hotel itself Is pretty cool, has pretty good location, helped us with storing luggage and staff was pretty welcoming. However the room had strong humidity smell which is hard to ignore, other than this, the hotel itself is amazing

1.0The saving grace of this hotel was the location. It is easy to get to from the train station and easy to get to town.
− I recently completed my stay at XO hotel City Centre. For over 24 hours I had no hot water in my room. I spoke to a member of staff and they denied that this could be possible, then gaslit me for taking a shower at the same time as everyone else - which we then concluded together was also not true. He then said he would try and reset the boiler but ‘if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work’ with no apology at all. As well as this the hotel was not clean, hallway carpets so tired and stained. The mattress on my bed (which was a 2" mattress) kept slipping off the bed while i was sleeping on it. The hotel wifi didn't work and i was staying on the 1st floor, so I can't imagine how the other rooms were. I was pleasantly surprised (given the state of the hotel) that they even cleaned my room each day, although they did take my bath mat on the first day and didn't give me a new one or fresh towels.

6.0L'emplacement, idéal pour toutes les visites au coeur d'Amsterdam.
− Le service de chambre limite car obliger de demander des serviettes propres et chambre faite à 15h! Puis petit déjeuner limité en choix et très peu qualitatif (manque de fruits frais, œufs brouillés sans goût , pas de pain frais) Propreté des chambres à revoir.
