10.0素晴らしい施設でゆっくりホテルライフを楽しめます。 温泉が内風呂しかなかったのと、やたらお部屋から遠かったのは少し残念でしたが、清潔で気持ちよく使えました。

8.0レストランも朝食(ビュッフェ)もとても美味しかった！ 温泉に行く時に部屋のバスローブとスリッパで行っても良いと言う指示だが、エレベーターなど移動の際、普通の服装のお客さんとすれ違ったりするととても気まずい感じになる。何故、せっかく部屋にある浴衣で移動してはいけないのか？日本人なら多分大半がそう感じていると思うので、温泉への移動は浴衣にした方がいいと思う。 ホテル内にコンビニがないので、できればあった方が良いと思う。

6.0以前のような豪華さはなくなり、施設が陳腐化しています。ジムも夕方5時までと全く使えませんでした。 時代に取り残された感あるホテルです。

10.0Nice 5 star hotel. The service and staff is top notch. The views are spectacular. Great place to retreat to and relax. We stayed here for 1 night in our trip through Hokkaido. My only issue was at check in. We were required to make the dinner reservations and meal selection at the front desk. And not everything we wanted was available to us. So it was very awkward experience in my opinion. I don’t know if I made a mistake not reserving the restaurants in advance but it is hard to know what you want for dinner up to 7 months in advance. Maybe it was just better to order room service.

Reservations are required for golf tee times. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
