10.0We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Casagrande. What made this place truly special was its unique atmosphere. Staying in a beautifully preserved 14th-century villa with authentic Renaissance history and ties to the Medici family made the experience unforgettable. Walking through the gardens, enjoying breakfast and dinner within these centuries-old walls, or simply having a glass of the estate’s own wine in the evening felt like stepping back in time in the best possible way. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, combining its historic character with modern comfort. The rooms were spotless, well equipped, and air-conditioned, which was especially appreciated during the Tuscan summer. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always happy to assist with recommendations and restaurant reservations. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, as many of the region’s most beautiful towns are within easy driving distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool, the well-equipped gym, the delicious breakfast, and the excellent à la carte dinners. A special mention goes to the hotel’s own wine—it was so good that we bought several bottles to take home with us. Villa Casagrande offers a truly authentic Tuscan experience. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for history, charm, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.
