Atualizar é necessário, mas sem perder a essência

A equipe, no geral, permanece fiel à filosofia do estabelecimento: cordial, atenciosa e [geralmente] atenta na medida certa. Menção especial para o Eri [restaurante]: solícito e simpático e também para o Dodô [spa]. Localização. Conservação geral. Qualidade da roupa de cama, colchão e travesseiros.

− Ainda sobre a equipe: Apenas destoa um pouco no check out [qq informação adicional gera uma certa dificuldade ou mesmo falta de preparo. Ex.: sobre a comemoração dos 25 anos do hotel]. Meu pedido de up grade [o 1. em 15 anos de hospedagens, agora em ocasião especial, conforme explicitei por e-mail, não foi atendido, nem mesmo na 2. noite, qdo o hotel já não estava mais cheio]. Também foi ignorado o pedido - também formulado pela 1. vez - de colocação dos pavilhões de Minas Gerais e do Rio de Janeiro na fachada, durante minha permanência [um simples mimo]. Tive dificuldade para entender a repaginação do restaurante. A larga porta de entrada permanece agora fechada, encobrindo a linda parede de cobertura vegetal. A nova decoração ali me pareceu, no conjunto, confusa e monocromática. Antes era mais refinada. O atendimento no café da manhã - à exceção do Eri - foi bem demorado nos dois dias, e desatento [o suco solicitado foi trocado por outro, o pão na chapa com requeijão chegou qdo já me levantava para sair]. O simples pão de queijo - ah! o pão de queijo, esse patrimônio mineiro - definitivamente não estava à altura de um hotel deste nível. O a/c do quarto poderia ter um controle ao alcance das mãos e, durante a noite/madrugada, perde eficiência de refrigeração. A cortina da janela - me pareceu - agora não é mais passível de ser recolhida. Falta uma iluminação no corredor de entrada do quarto.
